Scope and age
This notice applies to the Android version of Sudoku Master. The game is intended for people aged 13 and over. It does not ask for or store a date of birth. Where Google Play makes an age-band signal available, the app uses that result only to apply age-appropriate features and advertising settings.
Local play and accounts
Puzzle progress, settings and game statistics are stored on your device. You can play without giving us your name or email address. If you use account features, Firebase Authentication processes a Firebase user identifier. If you choose Google sign-in, it also processes the name and email address supplied by your Google account. An anonymous Firebase identifier may be created when an online or account feature is used.
Advertising
The free version displays Google AdMob ads. AdMob may process an IP-derived approximate location, app interactions, advertising or device identifiers and diagnostic information to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud. For users identified as teenagers, the app requests restricted, non-personalised, G-rated advertising. For adults, Google’s consent flow is shown where required.
Purchases
Google Play Billing handles the optional one-time purchase that removes ads. Google processes the payment. The app receives product, purchase and entitlement information needed to complete or restore the purchase; it does not receive your full payment-card details.
Security and crash reporting
Firebase App Check helps verify that requests come from a genuine app or device. Firebase Crashlytics receives crash logs, app state, device and operating-system information and an installation identifier so we can diagnose failures and improve reliability. We do not intentionally include passwords, authentication tokens, puzzle contents, names or email addresses in crash reports. Data is encrypted in transit.
Why we process data
We process account and purchase information to provide requested features and purchases; security and diagnostic information to protect and maintain the service; and advertising information to fund the free version. Depending on the context, our legal bases are performance of the service, our legitimate interests in security and reliability, legal obligations, and consent where required for advertising.
Sharing and providers
Google provides Firebase Authentication, App Check and Crashlytics, AdMob advertising, Google Play Billing and Google Play Age Signals. Google processes data for these services under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal data. Advertising-related approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics and device identifiers may be shared with Google for the purposes described above.
Retention and deletion
Local progress and settings remain on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the app. To delete an account and associated data controlled by us, email info@allnightadsgames.com with the subject “Sudoku Master — data deletion”. We may verify ownership and complete a verified request within 30 days. Purchase or transaction records required by law, security records, backups and data held independently by Google may follow different retention periods.
Your choices and rights
You can remove ads through the optional purchase, restore an eligible purchase, manage advertising privacy choices when the option is available, play without Google sign-in, and clear local data through your device settings. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority.
International processing
Google and other service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, the processing is covered by the providers’ contractual safeguards and applicable transfer mechanisms. Contact us if you need more information about a specific transfer.
